Captain America: Civil War
By the time this blog posts, those who want to see Captain America: Civil war should've seen it by now. So, if I spoil anything, sorry. What did ya'll think of the movie? Did you like it? Hate it? Indifferent? For me, I was actually disappointed. One of the fewer Marvel movies that left me not caring at all for the movement of the characters and feeling maudlin for the days of the first Iron Man movie again.
The first hour of movie was quite boring with all the exposition scenes that it had me dozing off and not wanting to know or feel for characters like T'Challa. That character was just a cookie cut "superhero" with a "superhero" typical origin to boot. Not impressive in the slightest. Vision was the same way. A character I've LOVED since my early days of reading the Avengers comic book, I left the movie thinking, "I can definitely wait until the next Marvel movie."
The fight scenes were just a cluster of a mess, just like Age of Ultron. Lots of Michael Bay "bang bang, shoot 'em up" with no heart. Not even the introduction of Spider-Man saved the day though he did have some good one liners that made the wife even crack a smile.
Overall, I'm fatigued with the Marvel movies. I think I'm fatigued with superhero movies in general.

Been a hot minute...
Sorry about the lack of posts again. I started a new job about three weeks ago and it's been intense in training. Only two more weeks to go!
Before then, my wife and I went to Nashville a couple of weeks ago for the first time. It was a good time for us both. The barbeque, the live music in each place we visited (yes, there's was live music in a McDonald's, too!) and seeing some historical places like the Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. It was quite nice. If you get to visit Nashville, I'd say, "Go FOR it!"
